We are an international family law firm looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in helping our clients build better lives. At The Law Office of Stacy D. Compensation:$105,000 - $175,000
Responsibilities:- Independent case management, including complex child custody disputes, divorces, international child abduction, complex finances, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health.
- Representation of clients in court for motions, hearings, and trials.
- Representation of clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Preparation of and engagement in discovery, including depositions.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- 2 years experience in Washington family law practice.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work in various international time zones.
- Compassionate guidance for clients.
- Enthusiasm to engage in marketing efforts, network, and become a leader in the area of family law.
- Ability to be a team player in the office setting.
